Chris Keenan
The pots that I make are to be used and enjoyed in domestic life. There are certain forms that have been present since I began making - cups, bowls and pots for flowers - and I still derive pleasure and satisfaction from the formal refinements that come with each fresh exploration. The work is thrown Limoges porcelain, glazed using combinations of tenmoku and celadon and reduction-fired in gas kiln.
