Emma Gaston

My work reflects an interest in tableware developed in small batch productions. Harrow provided a framework for exploring the processes involved in crafting functional pieces, instilling the knowledge and experience subsequently transferred to my London studio. Most recently I have been working on a collaboration with the illustrator Sarah Lippett producing one of a kind pieces that examine the relationship between the function of the vessel and its surface markings.
