‘What happens if….’? drives Anna’s free experimentation with process, material, composition and form. Firmly rooted within traditional Silversmithing techniques and still captivated by geometry, she transforms metal from a structural grid into solid form.
Anna works intuitively and enjoys the unpredictable nature of the process as well as the subtle detail achieved within each vessel.
Although function is important in her jewellery and tableware, the free objects and vessels invite to investigate, contemplate and celebrate.
Anna exhibits jewellery and metalwork on a national and international level. Her work can be seen in the Goldsmiths Collection, London, the Grassi Museum in Leipzig Germany and she has recently been selected for the Jewellery Quarter Museums commission in Birmingham.
