Ane Christensen


With the three new wall pieces I am changing the direction of my work. As a silversmith, I enjoy working on this larger scale and being free of all my usual concerns about function.

The pieces are made using laser cutting, drilling and hand piercing. They all have a single sheet of metal as the starting point and they each explore the tension between the solid and the open and play with the illusion of lightness.
