The Masterís Chair was made for the Worshipful Company of Carpenters from 5,000 year old bog oak, with the shield gilded in white gold. The form of the chair alludes to early settles and also to advanced technology in timber construction.

The Mace for the 'Arts University Bournemouth' digitally carved in ripple sycamore. The technique of digitally carving has enabled a quality of detail that would defy traditional craft tools and skills, and demonstrates the new possibilities arising from the innovative application of new technologies.  The solid silver Ďopening budí evoke the message of the students' talents coming into flower; it was made by Mark Latham.
